We are about to transition into a new year of 2018 according to the Gregorian/Roman calendar in two months, however on our Father's calendar we have already transitioned into a New Year. God is admonishing us to line up our lives so that we would participate in the next cycle of the decade—appropriately called “The Decade of the Kingdom.” This means that there are new doors opening for believers to calibrate with the agenda of God for the coming year.
I often look at things from an additional perspective that includes not only the revelation of the Holy Spirit but the ways of God. So, if this new year has new open doors, then it is helpful to ask: "What are the requirements to go from one stage to the next?" We need to consider: "To go through an open door, do you have to close some old doors first?" As I spent time with the Lord and followed the direction of the Holy Spirit this year there has been times that I had to do somethings I had never done. I had to close some doors on relationships that were draining and lopsided, severe some deep seeded soul ties and die to desires and what I think I deserve to accomplish what God has purposed for me. I have had to come out of my tent of limitation and comfort to go through the door to realize the destiny God has for me. Many of us are kept from our destiny because we refuse to acknowledge the purpose for which we were created. Sometimes we want to be anything BUT what God has called us to be. Romans 9:20 says, “Should the thing that was created say to the one who created it, ‘Why have you made me like this?’” But I am here to tell you the more quickly you embrace the obvious purposes of God for your life, the sooner you will see the promise. Be brave! Remember it is He, the Lord, Who will lead you out of the tent – if you are willing to honestly look. Doors will open this year as you are willing to walk through them. If we make the transition right, we will not recognize ourselves in the next decade, but God will. What has evaded you will come into your field of view summoning your involvement? What is "the thing" that may prevent you from walking through that open door? "The thing" can be described as the “thing (s)” you are currently doing that hinders you from cooperating with the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. That “thing” preoccupies you and diverts your attention away from God. This year, you will turn yet another year older and it's insane to think you can continue to do the same thing and get different results. If you want to live the life God predestined for you—the life of your dreams, allow Him to assist you in getting rid of "the thing in hand," so you can walk into this New Year with New Liberty and New Revelation as there is wide door of opportunity that is open for you! There is a new well that is waiting for you in your land. Go through your doors of opportunity and enter and occupy the land God has given you. We are in the time of Isaiah 22:22 where the Lord is releasing the authority to empower, impart, and equip a company of people with the keys of the Kingdom. These keys unlock the door of the Kingdom within His people that will enable them to rule with dominion under an opens heaven with the authority of Christ.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (NLT) A Time for Everything Seasons come and go; they have a beginning and an end. We are finishing up summer, which is the time that what we planted is blossoming and we're going into fall, which is the time we harvest the fruit from our hard work. The farmer coordinates his activities by seasons because he knows it will produce the most fruit in it's season. Just like the seasons of the year, our faith has seasons. Do you know your seasons or what season you are in? One of the greatest tragedies for Believers is we do not recognize the season they are in. Spiritual seasons are not spiritual conditions nor a way of measuring Godliness. Jesus used the parable of the fig tree (Matt 24:29-31) to illustrate that we need to be aware of our spiritual surroundings and seasons to bear fruit in our due season. God ordains spiritual seasons to provide the greatest spiritual fruit bearing and the greatest spiritual growth. God's seasonal plan includes periods of growth and periods of rest. Recognizing the season you're in and responding appropriately to that season is the best way to insure continued spiritual growth and a life that bears Godly fruit. It's beneficial to learn to be comfortable with the season that God has ordained for you and allow God to move you from season to season. There are times of reflection, there are periods of vision, there are times when the when we will grieve and mourn and a time of revival. Me and my husband have greatly benefited from learning and knowing our spiritual times and the seasons - it has produced some good fruit. Now we know how to dress for the weather and be prepared for the storms and systems of depression. I encourage you to allow our Father to minister to you according to the current season not according to the last or next season. And as transition into the different seasons it is essential for us to be in touch with God. Doing this maximizes the spiritual growth and the production of spiritual fruit. We must be sensitive to the season we're in and develop our worship accordingly and remember that God's grace, favor, anointing, revelation Word are in each of our spiritual seasons.
